The Water Leaks Reporting map manages the process from initial report to fixing the problem of a water leak spotted and reported by a member of the public. The map manages a two-way flow of information, informing the water company of the size and location of the leak, including the option to geo-locate the report and accept photographs of the leak. The map automatically sends updates (where requested) to the customer. The map completes when the leak is confirmed as fixed and the customer has been informed.
